J and G Insulating was founded by Gary Dusza and Jason Fricker in 2007. Our goal is to provide an exceptional mechanical insulation system that exceeds the expectations of our customers. J and G Insulating is a family owned mechanical insulation company that covers all of Rhode Island, Southern Massachusetts and parts of nearby Connecticut. Through quality work and dependable service J & G Insulating have achieved long lasting relationships with our customers.
J & G Insulating's mission is to provide our customers with mechanical insulation products that meet and exceeds the expectations of the mechanical contractors, general contractors, engineers and owners that we work for.
Jason Fricker has been in the Mechanical Insulation field since 2004. He worked as an installer as he paid his way through college. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island as well as an Associate in Arts Degree in General Studies from the Community Collage of Rhode Island. In 2007 Jason Fricker and Gary Dusza opened up J & G Insulating. Since that time J & G Insulating has been helping our customers eliminate condensation issues and increase efficiencies of their mechanical systems. In October of 2016 Jason Fricker received his Insulation Energy Appraiser Certification from the National Insulation Association so that he can provide the needed financial benefits of mechanical insulation for J & G Insulating’s customers.
Gary Dusza has been in the HVAC field since the successful completion of New England Institute of Technology’s course in Refrigeration Air Conditioning in 1996. He joined the mechanical insulation field in 1999. In that time Gary Dusza has worked for multiple mechanical insulation companies as well for HVAC companies in a supervisor capacity. He graduated from South Kingstown High School in 1979. Gary successfully completed advanced blueprint reading courses in 1995 from CCRI. In 2007 Gary Dusza and Jason Fricker opened J & G Insulating. Since that time J & G Insulating has been helping our customers eliminate condensation issues and increase efficiencies of their mechanical systems.
Insulation provides protection of the underlying piping or duct system by the prevention of condensation and exposer to the elements. Insulation improves performance of the system that it is covering. Insulation is a low risk investment because the payback period and cost savings can be forecasted with a high degree of accuracy (this can be calculated by our certified insulation energy appraiser). Insulation provides personal protection by reducing the surface temperature of the piping and equipment. Mechanical insulation typically offers a payback between 6 months to 24 months. This offers one of the most efficient opportunities for energy and cost savings.
Our Certified* Insulation Energy Appraisers can show you how you can significantly reduce your facility’s energy costs and environmental impact. Using sophisticated software, we can evaluate the thermal performance of your insulated and/or uninsulated piping and equipment. We will document your actual Btu losses, translate those losses into dollars, and calculate your greenhouse gas emission levels. Most importantly, we will project your total potential energy savings/emissions reductions with an upgrade to your insulation system. Call today and see how an Insulation Energy Appraisal can show you where potential energy savings exist in your facility.
*Our appraisers are certified through the National Insulation Association (NIA).
